About

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with experience delivering mental health services across outpatient, university counseling, community, and behavioral health settings. I've supported clients of all ages experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, academic stress, and severe and persistent mental illness, managing the full arc of care from assessment and treatment planning through intervention, crisis response, and ongoing progress review.

“Therapy with me is a space to let go and be yourself: no masks, no judgment, just curiosity, acceptance, and compassion.”

I have a deeply held belief in the power of listening and acceptance. It can be scary to trust in yourself, especially when you are suffering. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help people unhook from difficult, tangled thoughts and feelings and live according to their values, and EMDR to support healing from trauma. Together, we figure out what has you feeling stuck and what actions you can take to move toward a full, meaningful life.

Before becoming a counselor I spent years in social services in Texas: foster care support, case management for licensed professionals in recovery, and Medicaid-funded in-home care coordination. That background shapes how I collaborate with families, care teams, and community resources.
